Our Response to the Dobbs Decision

While the Dobbs decision was not wholly unexpected, it is nonetheless a devastating blow. We stand with our grantees, with advocates, activists, and providers, and most of all, with birthing people everywhere in staunch support of abortion on demand, without apology.

We encourage you to read the response from grantee Women’s Law Project, an organization that has been on the forefront of this fight for decades and was co-counsel in Planned Parenthood v. Casey.

Another grantee, Abortion Liberation Fund of PA, has put together an extensive toolkit for those of us in Pennsylvania.

Earlier in June, we co-hosted a panel discussion with Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia on how philanthropy should respond to the anticipated ruling. A recording of that discussion is available here.

Finally, we’ve put together our own guide (right/below) providing four action steps you can take. If you don’t already, follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram to stay informed.
